The Solution

TBS provided a full scope of environmental, regulatory and survey professional services, as well as specific engineering services and support for the project. Coordination and permitting was required with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, and the local Bossier Levee District. Additionally, we performed wetland delineations, T&E surveys and consultation, and conducted a No Rise Study for the project as it impacted areas within a floodway. BFEs were established and the project was coordinated with the local government and all applicable agencies.

TBS surveyors participated in the establishment of a mineral unit for the area, as well as topographic, boundary, and construction staking.

Coordination for with the FAA and local military base for airspace approvals was conducted and all stakeholders were coordinated with throughout the project.
