TBS provided diverse engineering, environmental, and surveying professional services for the project from concept to construction to operations commencement. TBS provided construction staking, as-builts and alignment sheet preparation, as well as LDNR Coastal Zone and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers assistance. Additionally, TBS provided environmental and regulatory services, such as LDEQ air permitting, discharge permitting, U.S. EPA and USCG ICP preparation and DOT compliance assistance, and FRP preparation. Through our design capabilities, TBS was able to design containment necessary to meet regulatory requirements, increase efficiency, and reduce cost for the operation of the facility.
