Industrial Measurement – Vessel Deformation Surveys

TBS performs 3-D laser scanning deformation studies to determine the level of deformation by comparing the “as-measured” 3-D point cloud data to the original design diameter of the vessel. Colorized models are created to visualize areas of deformation and aid in determining if the vessel is within operating tolerances.
