The Challenge
TBS’ client was in the market to purchase various facility and operational sites in New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas and required due diligence services.
The Solution
TBS conducted 93 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with the ASTM E 1527-13 standard as part of the due diligence process for the proposed client’s purchase of sites across New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. The sites consisted of various facility operations and saltwater disposal operations. Reports were prepared and provided to the client to help ensure timely review prior to acquisition by the purchaser.
