Harvey Rebuild Research Pier at the University of Texas Marine Science Institute

The Challenge
During Hurricane Harvey, a drill ship broke its moorings and ended up on top of the University of Texas Marine Science Institute (UTMSI) pier. The pier was completely destroyed.
The Solution
TBS completed multiple surveys to locate the structure and debris and conducted additional surveys for design of the replacement.
