TBS’s Survey Division needed to map, monitor, and share information for a 300-mile linear project, requiring strict timeline adherence and collaboration with various agencies for data exchange.
The Solution
TBS leveraged ESRI Portal and ArcGIS Online (AGOL) to manage and visualize data, enabling real-time data capture, efficient mapping, and seamless integration of external data sources. This approach consolidated all relevant data into a single platform, enhancing the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the project’s spatial data. Dashboards were used to monitor project progress, allowing for informed decision-making and timely adjustments. The integration of advanced geospatial tools improved project management and ensured successful project completion within the required timelines.
