With over two decades at TBS, Tony drives digital transformation initiatives and cultivates a culture of innovation to enhance operational efficiency and uncover new growth opportunities. He is proud to be part of a close-knit team, unified by a shared commitment to trust, collaboration, and purpose. A strong advocate for healthy, values-driven culture, Tony believes it is central to both team success and client service. Outside of TBS, he is actively involved in multiple faith-based non-profits, serving on several boards, and is the founder of Sabbath Marriage, a ministry dedicated to enriching and strengthening relationships.
