Brian E. Moldaner, PE, MBA, began his career in the AE industry at T. Baker Smith as an Engineer Intern, advancing through the ranks to his current role as Chief Growth Officer. Along the way, he established and led the growth of TBS’s Greater New Orleans region offices, a testament to his strategic insight and dedication. Summers working on a construction crew in his father’s small business instilled a strong work ethic, which, along with the influence of his close-knit family, has shaped his collaborative and purpose-driven approach to leadership. For Brian, success is a shared journey, built on teamwork and a commitment to making a meaningful impact.
