CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Kenneth Wm. Smith, PE, PLS, FACEC

"Vision gives us direction. Action gets us there. But it’s the people we grow along the way that define the real success."

Kenny is a proud third-generation owner of his family’s business in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, where he was born and raised. One of seven children, Kenny has always placed a deep value on family. He’s been married to his high school sweetheart for over 40 years, and together they’ve raised four daughters and now cherish time with their six grandchildren.

A big-picture thinker fueled by passion and purpose, Kenny sees every challenge as an opportunity. He favors action over inaction and rarely stays still for long. With boundless energy, steady optimism, and a can-do spirit, he brings enthusiasm and momentum to everything he takes on.
