L-M Management contacted T. Baker Smith, Inc. (TBS) with interests in preparing a 74-acre tract of bayou-front property in Terrebonne Parish for commercial development. The TBS team members researched courthouse records and their onsite records center for survey data, as well as performed preliminary topographic surveying.

We also obtained U.S. Corps of Engineers permits and State of Louisiana coastal use permits to clear the wetlands, providing L-M Management the right to develop the property.

An aggregate road has been created to reach the rear of the property, and building construction is pending. If requested, TBS will stake out the development for construction and the as-built site. Upon completion, drawings showing property and building improvement may also be produced and delivered.
