TBS provides their associates with many ways to grow
professionally and personally by giving back to the community, which is in line with TBS’
#1 Core Value: "We are dedicated to building trusted relationships with our
clients, our associates, and our community.”
TBS has established a community partnership group called SPARK
- Social Purpose and Responsibility Krewe. The purpose of
SPARK is to keep a charitable/community outreach focus within the firm and to
be aware of the responsibility of enterprises for their impacts on society. The
SPARK group takes great pride in making TBS a place where taking care of our
communities isn’t just for a day but a responsibility for life.
Some of the TBS community outreach initiatives currently in
effect are:
Adopt-A-School Partners in Education Scholarships for Post-secondary Education Assistance for TBS associates' children Character Counts Programs Educational Field Trips Food Bank Drives Holiday Giving Charity Fundraising
TBS currently has four schools partnering in education at each
of our core offices:- Houma, LA - Pointe-aux-Chenes Elementary School
Thibodaux, LA - St. Charles Elementary School Baton Rouge, LA - Oak Grove Elementary School Lafayette, LA - Meaux Elementary School
The associates at TBS participate by taking a hands-on
approach with the individual schools by spending quality time with the
students and faculty throughout the year for events such as:
