Plans, organizes, executes and coordinates surveying services on assigned projects. 

Utilizes creativity, foresight and judgment in anticipating and solving technical problems.

Participates in business development for survey services. 

Ensures that the technical, administrative, man-hour and schedule requirements of the assigned projects are met and in accordance with applicable professional standards, design control procedures and survey guidelines.   

Oversees and accomplishes surveys of projects assigned.  

Must be familiar with the general details of all projects being worked on.  Assures projects are in accordance with scope of services and budget.

Maintain a good working knowledge of survey procedures, quality control and legal principles. 

Maintain effective working relationships with clients and associates. 

Assures that all survey work is produced to standards of the profession, client and firm.
